A Personality Test is a series of questions featured in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. The questions are used to assign former human Hero Characters a Pokémon species, although some games let the player pick a different Pokémon if they aren't satisfied with the result. It made its debut in Template:GameTitle in 2005.

History

In the stories, the questions may be contextualized as being asked by a character who is leading to the transformation.

  • The Personality Test in the Rescue Team titles is presumably performed by Gardevoir.
  • The Personality Test in the Explorers titles is left without context or explanation.
  • The Personality Test in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon is performed by the partner.
