Hands Full (Japanese: ???) is a Status Abnormality in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer.

Effect on Shiren

You cannot add any Items from the floor into your inventory, including collecting Gitan. You also cannot exchange items on the floor with those in your inventory, or insert floor items into Jars in your inventory.

You can still throw and use items that are on the floor.

How to get affected

• Read a Hands Full Scroll whether it has been Identifying Items or not.

How to cure

• Move to a different floor via the stairs or a Pitfall Trap.
• Read a Scroll of Need.
• Transform into a Monster by consuming Monster Meat or get hit by the magic ability of a Skull Wizard with the transform effect.
