Hungry (Japanese: 腹ペコ) is a Status Condition in Nintendo DS Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer.

Effect on Shiren

You will lose 1 HP every turn that passes under the 'Hungry' status. You will also not recover HP naturally during this time. Similar to the 'In Trouble' status, menu borders, instead of staying white, will now flash light blue.

As soon as fullness becomes 0%

On the turn that fullness reaches 0%, a 'You can't go on!' message will appear. On the next two turns more messages will appear, 'Must hurry... and eat something...' and 'You'll starve to death!'.

Next two turns after becoming hungry.

How to get affected

Allow Shiren's Fullness to decrease to 0%.

Current fullness will naturally decrease at a rate of 1% per 10 turns without a Shield with Hide Shield or Armor Ward Seals. Current fullness can also decrease by triggering Hunger Trap, or by the special ability of Polygon Spin and Polygon Jive.

How to cure

Raise Shiren's current fullness above 0% by eating:
