Vigor Book (Japanese: 体の宝典) is a Book in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2
that can be used to permanently increase a Character's VIT by 1.
Locations
One Vigor Book is given in Hot-Spring Komorebi for completing 50% of the Monster Tome, and another one is given for completing 50% of the Item Almanac. They can also be found at the bottom of Cursed Cavern
and other dungeons if you have a Key to open the door.
Tips For Use
Even though they are not unique items, Books are rare items and it is best to use them sparingly. Vigor Books increase VIT so it is better to use them on a character that often takes damage which is often the leader of the party, even if having more VIT is useful for every class.
To get several Books, the easiest way is to build a Fort on Floor 40 in the Cursed Cavern to access the last floor from this Fort. However, you aren't guaranteed to get a Vigor Book in the treasure room. You also have to find a Key, which is an uncommon item.
