In Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test (Japanese: 絶望のダンジョン モノクマの試練, Dungeon of Despair: Monokuma's Trial), a Monokuma Boss appears as a monster. It is a fusion between the Oni Boss and Monokuma.[1]

The Oni Boss
(Japanese: 鬼親分) is a character in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. He is the leader of the Oni of Onigashima, an island near Natane Village. He made his debut in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 2 - Shiren's Castle and the Oni Invasion in 2000.
The Oni Boss has made two cameo appearances in the Danganronpa series, the first in 2017, under the name Monokuma Boss.
