Gold Boxes
(Japanese: 金の宝箱) are chests found in dungeons in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2
. They appear in Treasure Floors and are dropped by big Crystals in Crystal Floors. Gold Boxes disappear after 1 to 9 Turns from the moment a party member enters the room, with the time left for the Gold Box written on it. When a character walks on top of it, the party gets a random item, usually a Scroll.
