Belly (Japanese: おなか) is a stat and game mechanic in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.
Every Pokémon has a belly stat, however, the player usually only needs to worry about the leader's. A Pokémon starts with a max belly of 100 (internally 20,000), which can be temporarily increased. Current belly decreases or increases when certain actions are performed or occur. Max belly can be increased temporarily up to 200 (40,000). If the belly is at 0, the Pokémon begins to lose HP. The Never Hungries are Looplets that prevent/reduce the decrease of the holder's belly.
It is shown to the player as a circle icon with a number on the top right corner of the top screen. The more filled the belly is, the more filled the icon is. The icon appears when the belly changes, or when the player opens the menu.

In addition to the listed items, every Seed increases the current belly by 1 when eaten. Elixir, Max Elixir and Nectar do not affect the belly. If a Pokémon triggers a Reviver Seed when defeated, the current belly restores to its maximum. This does not apply to Tiny Reviver Seeds, as they revive Pokémon without restoring their PP and belly.
