Ration Shield (Japanese: ハラモチの盾), later known as the Diet Shield Level 1, is a Shield in the Shiren the Wanderer series. Ration Shields debuted in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB2 - Magic Castle of the Desert
The Ration Shield reduces the rate at which the wielder loses Fullness. Shiren 5 introduced 7 improved versions, with level 1 being the Diet Shield.
