The Spike Bomb (Japanese: ばくだんウニ) Monster Family in Nintendo DS Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer consists of:

  1. Spike Bomb (Japanese: ばくだんウニ)
  2. Spike Blast (Japanese: ばくれつウニ)
  3. Spike Fire (Japanese: ふんかウニ)
  4. Spike Erupt (Japanese: だいふんかウニ)

Monster Ability

Spike Bomb family monsters will explode when their HP is low.

They will also explode when hit by a Popster Tank's cannonball or when activating a Landmine Trap, regardless of whether their HP is low enough to explode.

Effect when Sealed

When Sealed, Spike Bombs will no longer explode at low health.

Spike Bomb Family Monsters are Exploding-type monsters and Cyclops-type monsters, meaning that they will take double damage from an attack with a weapon with a Shiren 1 DS - Weapon Rune Star.png seal from a Crescent Arm, or a Shiren 1 DS - Weapon Rune Cyclops.png seal from an Cyclops Killer. Additionally, a weapon with both of these seals will deal quadruple damage to a Spike Bomb.

If shop merchandise is destroyed when you explode, the Shopkeeper will expect you to pay it.
