Traps (Japanese: スイッチ, Switch) are hazardous floor tiles found in dungeons in Game Boy Advance/Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team. They cause various effects when tripped. Aside from traps, additional special floor tiles exist in dungeons such as carpet, which is used to denote the land is part of a Kecleon Shop or the Rescue Spot which the player has to reach to revive a fallen player. Most traps aren't available until the post-credits section of the story.
