Moves (Japanese: わざ, move) in Template:GameTitle are special techniques used by Pokémon in battle. They range in effect such as lowering Stats, HP, curing Status Conditions and so on.

Accuracy

  • Members = all party members excluding the user
    Allies = all party members including the user

Move Types

Physical Attack Moves

Physical Attack moves are those bases on the stats Attack and Defense. Physical Attack moves are of the; Normal-type, Fighting-type, Poison-type, Ground-type, Flying-type, Bug-type, Rock-type, Ghost-type and Steel-type.

Special Attack Moves

Special Attack moves are those based on the stats Special Attack and Special Defense. Special Attack moves are of the; Fire-type, Water-type, Grass-type, Electric-type, Ice-type, Psychic-type, Dragon-type, and Dark-type.

Move Linking

Set Moves

The Set Move of a Pokémon, indicated by a blue tick

Set moves are created when the player goes to the moves section, selects a move, and registers the "Select" option. By holding L then pressing A, the move will automatically activate.

Set Moves can be boosted when the Leader consumes a Ginseng, to a max of +99. Linked moves and moves that don't damage an opponent; such as status moves don't activate the boost from a Ginseng.
