The Dead Soldier monster family (Japanese: ぼうれい武者系, Bōrei Musha Kei) consists of:

  1. Dead Soldier (Japanese: ぼうれい武者, Bōrei Musha)

Dead soldiers will wander the floor ignoring Template:ShirenPC, and chasing other Monsters to possess which will increase their level by 1. Possessing a level 4 monster will 'cure' the monster, removing all status effects and replenishing their full HP. Unless they are made 'Clear-Sighted]' by a Herb of Sight thrown at them, Dead Soldiers cannot see Air Devil Family Monsters and will therefore not chase or possess them.
