The Rice Changer (Japanese: 妖怪にぎり変化) Monster Family is a recurring group of four monsters in the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. It made its debut in Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer in 1995, making it one of the Original Monster Families.
The Rice Changer Family consists of:
- Rice Baby (Japanese: 妖怪にぎり見習い)
- Rice Changer (Japanese: 妖怪にぎり変化)
- Rice Boss (Japanese: 妖怪にぎり親方)
- Rice Master (Japanese: 妖怪にぎり元締)
Related additional families include the Foul Nigiri Baby monster family that first appeared in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 5 - The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate in 2010, and the Banana Baby
