The Leech Worm (Japanese: 吸引幼虫) Monster Family is a recurring group of four monsters in the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. It made its debut in  Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer in 1995, making it one of the Original Monster Families. Its most recent appearance was in / Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer (SP) in 2019.

The Leech Worm Family consists of:

1. Leech Worm (Japanese: 吸引幼虫)
2. Leech Bug (Japanese: 吸引虫)
3. Leech Fly (Japanese: 吸引成虫)
4. Leech Queen (Japanese: 吸引老虫)
