Kagari Caves (Japanese: カガリ洞窟) is a side-dungeon in  Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2. It is unlocked after completing the quest 私の分身を討伐されたし^{[Translation needed]}, which is required to complete Enchanted Wonderland.

Dungeon information

This dungeon has two bosses. The first boss is on floor 10 and the second is on the last floor, floor 21. These two bosses are upgraded versions of the bosses of Emerald Hollow and Wyrmwind Pass. The power of the monsters increases from floor 9 and floor 15. The player can build forts up to floor 19 and it is possible to build 5 forts in this dungeon.

The design and music of the dungeon changes randomly each time the player moves from one floor to another. It uses the same design and music as Emerald Hollow, Wyrmwind Pass or Kiryu Mountain Trail. The same design and music can be used several times in a row.

In floors using the design of Wyrmwind Pass or Kiryu Mountain Trail, there are no walls. As a result, thrown items can disappear into the empty space between rooms, walls cannot be destroyed to create shortcuts, and flying monsters (Soldier Bees, Dragonflies, Woodflies, Venomflies and Ghost Owls) are able to find and fight you wherever you are on the floor.
