At the beginning of Template:GameTitle, Koppa says he met Shiren six months prior. Template:GameTitle is a prequel set several years in the past showing Shiren and Koppa already knew each other. In Template:GameTitle, Koppa doesn't recognize MA-MO
, a character he previously met in Template:GameTitle. In Template:GameTitle, Koppa doesn't recognize Asuka, who he also met in Template:GameTitle and traveled with in Template:GameTitle, although she does recognize him. Many of the aforementioned games were reproposed, but the dialogue was left unaltered, meaning there were no retcons.
