The Seed of Misfortune (Japanese: 不幸の種) is a Herb in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer DS2 - Magic Castle of the Desert. When eaten, it will decrease Shiren's current level by 1. If thrown at a Monster or Character, it will decrease their current level by 1. When Blessed, it will decrease the user's level by 2.

Tips For Use

This herb is one of the Items present in Dungeons to make Identifying them by use more dangerous or risky.
You can throw it at a Monsters to decrease its level and make it weaker, and thus easier to defeat.
- Doing this will lessen the Experience reward Shiren gets.
