Dungeons
| Controls | Action |

| A | Attack. |
| A + B | Pass turns. |
| L+A/B/X/Y | Use a move. |
| Tap L | Switch the leader. |
| Tap R | Register an Alliance. |
| L+R | Use the registered Alliance. |
| D-Pad/Circle Pad | Walk in the selected direction. |
| B + D-Pad/Circle Pad | Run in the selected direction. |
| X | Open the menu. |
| Start/Select while in the menu | Change the size of the icons in the menu. |
| Y while in the menu | Open the moves menu.
Press again to enable/disable a move. |
| Y | Change the faced target Pokémon. |
| Y + D-Pad | Change the faced direction. |
| B + Y | Open the message log. |
| Y + B | Look around. |
| Tap B | Open items menu. |
| R + D-Pad/Circle Pad | Move diagonally. |
| Start/Select | Change what is shown on the bottom screen. |
