Trick Room (Japanese: トリックルーム, Trick Room) is a Psychic-type Move in Nintendo 3DS Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.

Description

Short description: It reverses Travel Speed.

Long description: It changes the floor to a Trick Room. In a Trick Room, Travel Speed will be reversed.

Effect

Trick Room reverses the Travel Speed of all Pokémon on the floor and ends upon going to the next floor. This move reverses current change Travel Speed and subsequent changes. Trick Room cannot be used again to end its effect, nor does it affect the permanent Travel Speed boost on enemy Kecleon.

Pokémon with the ability Quick Feet still return to normal speed if their Travel Speed was already raised, which means Trick Room initially doesn't reverse Travel Speed changes occuring in the middle of a turn. Afterwards, Quick Feet's changes to Travel Speed are reversed as normal. After returning to normal speed, the Pokémon's Travel Speed will rise to double speed then immediately return to normal speed.

Slow Start: [Research required]

Trick Room also exhibits some hidden effects. It disables anything that lets the user attack twice in a single turn, like the Chlorophyll, Prankster, and Unburden abilities, etc. It also disables the Barrage emera.
