The Upgrade (Japanese: アップグレード) is an Evolution Item in Game Boy Advance/Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.

Upgrades are exclusive to Wish Cave and can be found on floors 88 and 93 in Kecleon Shops.

Upgrades are the hardest-to-obtain evolutionary item, as they are located in the deepest part of Wish Cave, and the Kecleon Shops that spawn on those floors do not have a high chance of spawning.
