This article is a draft relating to the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer (series) articles. |
Talking Animals refers to animals that are capable of human speech in the Shiren the Wanderer series. Talking animals are able to communicate with normal animals, and translate their language.
Cats
Foxes
Sparrows
Many talking sparrows live in Sparrow's Inn. A sparrow in Nekomaneki Village operates the Sparrow's Shuttle service. Some sparrows may also live elsewhere, as seen with a sparrow that visits Sparrow's Inn to visit a friend.
Tanuki
Many talking tanukis are found in Nekomaneki Village and surrounding areas. They are merchants.
Weasels/Ferrets
Talking weasels/ferrets have become rare over the years.
