Town and Story Locations
The Town is the only location where the player mainly interacts with characters, shops, or enters in the main dungeon. In this game, it uses the grid movement from dungeons, and friendly characters can be affected by interaction between them and the player.
Dungeons
Dungeons in this game consist of randomly generated floors with loot and equipment scattered about. Players of other Mystery Dungeon games will be greeted with only three dungeons, with one of them being available only for a moment. First-time players are likely to fail a lot more in dungeons throughout the main story, and after completing it.
