The Gale (Japanese: イダテン) Monster Family is a recurring group of four monsters in the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. It made its debut in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 2 - Shiren's Castle and the Oni Invasion in (2000), making it part of the Third Batch of Monster Families. It hasn't made an appearance in a main-series game since.

The Gale Family consists of:

1. Gale (Japanese: イダテン)
2. Whirlwind (Japanese: シップウ)
3. Kamikaze (Japanese: カミカゼ)
4. Typhoon (Japanese: ダイレップウ)
