• Japanese wikis were used to find the names of some status conditions, but not all could be lined up with the conditions we have listed. It appears that there are many more status conditions than we previously knew and somebody with Japanese knowledge could really help this page.
• Dungeon Shops need to be filled out.
• Rescue Reward Items: Made, being filled out. Needs to be linked across the Shiren 1 section.
• Rescue passwords for items: half of the rescue passwords for items could use walkthroughs or even improvements.
  • Password 8 could use a proper walkthrough and testing.
  • Admin Blue has been working on this.
• Rescues needs the links to the rescue reward items pages.
  • They have a new infobox, it needs to be updated for every page as well, possibly.
• Redo the Monster House page.
• Fusion needs to be split and renamed to Fusion and Rune.

• Towns pages need proper summaries. The Canyon Hamlet page should be used as the base template.

Dungeons

• Convert Shiren 1 DS monster tables, item tables to the new template format. - 1427 days; High priority
• Dungeons could use a basic summary of gameplay or strategy.
• Dungeon pages have been made, some are in need of their item and trap spawns.
• Themed monster houses are needed.

• The Hen family needs a re-write, due to it being referred to as levels 1 - 4. (Jubilee - February 9, 2023)
  • While they do level up/down into each other, they're technically different monsters/monster families entirely. (Jubilee - August 1, 2023)
• Add official art to monster leaf pages.
• Update the OG monster file names, such as File:Mamel.png to Shiren 1 DS:Mamel.png. 843 days; High priority
• Sheriff and Guard Dog pages need to be made. 843 days; Intermediate priority

Bosses and Special Enemies

• Boss leaf pages have beenm made, they're missing combat strategy.
  • The King of the Kigny is the only one currently lacking information.

Quests

• Fortunetellers predictions
  • A fan on the old Wiki forums claimed they thought the fortuneteller's predictions might actually hint at dangers Shiren may face on his next adventure.
• Voices in the Inn
  • A rare event when visiting the Mountaintop Town Inn. When you overhear a conversation between 2 people, you can gain experience. Supposedly there's more than 1 event.
• The Little Lost Girl (quest) is empty.

Research

• The innate [Gold] Seal on the Golden Sword and Shield don't protect other Seals from being removed by Red or Gray Slimes. - Baconfry on March 18, 2024
  • This needs to be added to the Weapon, Shield, Slime pages, and we need a Seal page. Jubilee (talk) 14:26, March 19, 2024 (UTC)

Drafts

• The stats pages need to be looked over.

Strategy Guides

• The Shiren 1 section has the most strategy guides. Though is the section of Shiren 1 in most need of cleanup and links.
  • This refers to pages imported from the original Shiren Wiki that have had little to no work done on them since 2018.

Version Differences

Most known version differences have been logged but the page could use some sort of cleanup and proper documentation.

Meta

• Development Oversights
  • When eating at the Peak in Shiren 1 DS, Shiren's status is still left as "in trouble". (When going in hungry.)
• Credits
• Soundtrack / Effects
• Dungeon Visibility, Strength, Fullness, HP, Etc. need to be made. They previously linked to "Introduction to basic gameplay."

Wrong names on Files

• Radish family monsters might be wrongly listed as Raddish (Shiren 1 NDS)
• Fog Hermit is wrongly listed as Frog Hermit (Shiren 1 NDS)
• Chainhhead wrongly listed as Chain Head (Shiren 1 NDS)
• Flying Fowl is wrongly listed as Flyin Fowl (Shiren 1 NDS)

Items

• Most pages need a header titled "See Also" over the Shiren 1 DS Items Navbox.
• Like monsters, items need the "For" and "about" Templates at the top of pages.

• Shiren 1 DS monster pages need their Japanese monster types added to the infobox descriptions.
• Monster Family links need to be changed from categories to proper pages.
  • This applies to the Shiren 1 DS monster navbox as well.
• The monster infobox (description template) should be changed to better reflect the theme of the infobox. From unreadable blue to tan.
• Monster pages need "In other languages" Templates.
• For / About cleanup on the monster pages. Moved from above the navboxes to below. Completed: March 8, 2023.
• Change Shiren 1 DS monster table sprite links. (This edit is pointless, with Adkuate's new templates. Jubilee - January 11, 2023)
