The Shiren the Wanderer 3 Wetpaint Wiki was created by Crabus on September 24, 2008 at 06:24 EDT.[1] It was a fork of the Wetpaint Shiren the Wanderer Wiki, which, at the time, only covered the English localization of Nintendo DS remake of 
Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer, 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. Later Nintendo DS Shiren games, and the PlayStation Vita port of Shiren 5 would just be covered on the original wiki.
Due to the Nintendo Wii localization by Atlus not being released in Europe or Australia and North American fans also had difficulty finding the game in-stock at stores, along with several gameplay changes that many fans disliked, Shiren 3 didn't do well outside of Japan. The wiki had little in the way of documentation, and sat abandoned for more than a decade before being deleted. The pages (sans edit histories) were saved after the Wikifoundry wikis were closed on June 1, 2021.
