The Gamepedia Mystery Dungeon Wiki was founded by Jubilee on September 11, 2019. After talking about wishing there was a wiki for every Mystery Dungeon series and not just Shiren. When presented with the option, she chose to upgrade the Gamepedia Shiren the Wanderer Wiki, instead of making a new wiki. Numerous other wiki projects were partnered, absorbed, and shut down to create the Mystery Dungeon Wiki. The wiki was later taken independent, and rebranded as the Mystery Dungeon Franchise Wiki on November 7, 2020.
The Shiren the Wanderer Wiki is upgraded to the Mystery Dungeon Franchise Wiki.
The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky Wiki is merged with and absorbed.[1]
The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team Wiki is adopted and absorbed.
The Fandom Shiren the Wanderer Wiki is absorbed into the Mystery Dungeon Wiki.
MalikTH, the founder of the Fandom Explorers Wiki, joins as a wiki admin.

The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Fan Wiki discord server is partnered with the Mystery Dungeon Wiki.
The discord server becomes the official discord server for the wiki.
