Full list of Mosken's dialogue when using the Chat command in Etrian Mystery Dungeon at the Skyship Port.

First Dungeon

Before completing Mysterious Labyrinth

All set, are you? Then the only step left is to get you to the labyrinth.

After completing Mysterious Labyrinth

If you don't know where to start on getting your party together, just go ahead and ask the Guildmaster. He's a good guy. He'll set you straight.

Second Dungeon

After accepting the mission "Fiend in the second dungeon"

A 2,000en reward, huh? Color me jealous. If everything goes smooth, don't forget to tip your humble pilot!

After defeating the boss of Emerald Copse

I knew you were the ones who beat the monster in the second dungeon! So... How about that tip? What do you mean you never promised!? Man, that's not fair at all...

After reporting the mission "Fiend in the second dungeon"

A bunch of new kinds of adventurers have been pouring in ever since we got the new skyships. Ninjas, sovereigns, wanderers... I think that's what they were called, anyway. You got any of those in your guild? The new batch are pretty low-level, so they probably won't be much in battle yet. Better start training 'em quick.

Third Dungeon

After accepting the mission "Rescue Dr. Stein"

You took the mission too, huh? Thanks, I appreciate it. Then let's get ourselves to the third dungeon! I'll be counting on you to take care of Sarah.

After defeating the boss of Pristine Stream

Silly doc... Don't go getting me worried like that. Okay?

After reporting the mission "Rescue Dr. Stein" and talking to Sarah

Look at 'em all now. All those tourists and adventurers. And more of those adventurers are pretty strong, too. It feels great to bring in a big load of adventurers. Makes my job feel worth it. That reminds me, you know about the Ravine Fork? I hear that place turned into a mystery dungeon. It's secondhand info, but I heard there's a quest about it at the Amber Restaurant for someone to kill a monster there. If you're headed to the Ravine Fork anyway, might as well go take on that quest and get rewarded for it, huh?

After reporting the quest "Pick a small flower" and seeing the cutscene at Magan's House

But you want to know the details? Well, I guess I got no choice. If you heard the general story, then you probably know about Astoria... about Magan's wife. She protected some people who couldn't get away in time. After the DOE went down, she passed away while everyone watched.

Protect this town.

Those were her last words. It wasn't long after that when they started researching forts and radars, and making plans to gather adventurers. Dr. Stein and the Guildmaster have been working their asses off ever since. I guess to make up for what happened. They both feel responsible... They think it's their fault there were any victims. And Magan, he hit bottom. It was like his soul got ripped out. He was in no shape to work. At one point, there was talk about the Guildmaster taking over as provost. But the Guildmaster convinced everyone to let Magan keep the job. He said if they didn't, then without his work to keep him going, Magan would never recover. And the guy was right. Magan's gotten a lot better, as you can see. Working on the redevelopment really helped him. Magan, the Guildmaster, and Dr. Stein all might have their own things going, but they all feel the same way. They're all trying to do the same thing... Give Astoria her last request.

Fourth Dungeon

After defeating the boss of Haunted Woods

I heard from Kasumi that you knocked off the monster in the lowest level. That means you're the only guild who's managed to clear all of the first four dungeons. Are you looking for a new challenge? Sorry, there's just the fourth dungeon and Ravine Fork... Wait, no. There's the Animal Trail, by the Haunted Woods. That place became a dungeon just like the Ravine Fork did. There should be a quest related to the Animal Trail at the Amber Restaurant. Go accept it and I'll take you out there.

Fifth Dungeon

After the mission "Explore the fifth dungeon" is available

You guys are an open book. Your eyes light up whenever a new dungeon gets discovered. Me, I got mixed feelings about it. I mean, there might be more DOEs... But I guess we'll be okay as long as you're around. Which reminds me... are DOEs really ancient monsters? That makes them pretty rare. Which would explain why more adventurers are coming to town just for the DOEs.

After defeating the boss of Crystalline Peak

I heard all about it. You got yourself some treasure down there, huh? I'd like to get a look at it, but I'm just about to go shuttle a bunch of adventurers around. Oh yeah, there's this place by the Crystalline Peak called the Snowy Cavern. Seems like it's a mystery dungeon now. I'm not kidding. There's a quest about it at the Amber Restaurant. If you don't believe me, go check out the quest board.

After completing the mission "Explore the fifth dungeon", reporting 3 more quests at the Amber Restaurant and seeing the cutscene at Stein Labs

I played a part in discovering the Torrential Ravine, right? I mean, I know I can't take down a DOE or explore a dungeon, but still... The doc could stand to give me a little more credit, right?

> You're incredible.

  • You're the only ones who say so... *sniff* You're bringing a tear to my eye.

> Well done!

  • You're the only ones who say so... *sniff* You're bringing a tear to my eye.

> It's quite an achievement.

  • You're the only ones who say so... *sniff* You're bringing a tear to my eye.

Sixth Dungeon

After defeating the boss of Torrential Ravine

A deserted village? M-Monster remains!? That's what you found at the tree? Huh... It sure seems possible that the village got attacked by that monster...

Seventh Dungeon

After reporting the mission "Reach the Yggdrasil's base"

You want a way to the Yggdrasil's base without going through the Torrential Ravine? Heh. If there was a way, we'd be there right now. Not to brag, but I'm pretty confident in my piloting skills. I've never read the winds wrong. Ever. And even for an ace pilot like me, there's no way to find a gap in those winds. It'd be suicide to try in this bucket. You ought to give this idea up.

After the mission "Master the seventh dungeon" is available

I heard from Sarah. She told me none of the houses were destroyed in that village, so it wasn't wiped out by a DOE. It was a load off my mind... I never knew there was a village there. You saw the DOE amber at the Yggdrasil's base, right? A lot of them have been there for ages, but some of them, I put there. I used to work as a courier, transporting things by skyship. Some nobles hired me to do a job for a price you don't turn down. They said to use their new skyship to dispose of some amber from the skies above the Yggdrasil, in the dead of night. Where'd it come from? A mine in a country not too far from here. Aerial transport was booming, so they were digging lots of new mines. Which is where they found the DOE amber. It's no surprise you didn't know about this. Everyone who knew anything about the DOE amber has gone missing. Word is, they've all disappeared. Guess the royals and the nobles didn't want anyone knowing about that stuff. When I heard that, I laid low as soon as the request was done. I skipped the reward and ran, leaving everything behind. That's when they posted signs about me all over the place. I'm a wanted criminal now with a bounty on my head. It was Kasumi who saved me. I met her and she told me about this town, where there's no wanted notices. I changed my looks before I came here, and kept my identity a secret. Never told anyone about the amber, either. Even then, I'm nervous all the time. Lots of adventurers looking to make a quick buck. If they knew about the bounty... Crap, you're adventurers too! Why'd I open my big mouth...? I don't even know...

After accepting the mission "Master the seventh dungeon"

I heard you're fighting something that's held a grudge against the Yggdrasil for millions of years. Awesome! I guess! Well, the Yggdrasil can't fight, so you'll have to pitch in and help. Let's get going, then! To Muspelheim!

Post-Credits

Just after finishing the game

Yo! Good job last night. Sir Chano and the Guildmaster kept you a pretty long time, huh? Those two really are polar opposites. Sir Chano's a happy drunk, while the Guildmaster leans toward the crying jag. First time I've seen either of them in that state, though. The Guildmaster was bawling his eyes out. Some girls say it's cute to see a man like that with a soft heart, but I wonder if that's how the man himself sees it... Yeah, definitely not good, now that I think about it. The Guildmaster? Cute? No.

After reporting the mission "Master the seventh dungeon" and seeing the cutscene at Stein Labs

They found those new dungeons so quick because they came across remnants that matched Sarah's theories. Sure, you guys are heroes for defeating Muspell, but isn't she great too? Small wonder even Professor Randi thinks highly of her. I wonder if she'll become such a VIP that we can't talk anymore. Her, and you guys too...

After reporting all missions, completing all dungeons and seeing the cutscene showing what happens several years later

Did you hear Professor Randi gave Ms. Kasumi that sweet new skyship? 'It's a mere token of my gratitude,' he said. 'I'll never forget that you saved my life.' How cool is that? I owe Ms. Kasumi a lot, too. And I can't die until I repay her. But, y'know... I don't have any money, or my own skyship. All I got are the skills to fly one. How can I ever pay Ms. Kasumi back...?
