The Winds of Kron end Shiren's Adventure after spending too many turns on a dungeon floor. Changing dungeon floors will reset the turn limit. Shiren will be warned with the messages 'A sudden gust of wind! ... But it died down.', 'A sudden gust of wind! ... It was stronger than before.' and 'A sudden gust of wind! ... It was much stronger.' 300, 200 and 100 turns before the Winds of Kron blow respectively. The Winds of Kron take either 1000 or 2000 turns before blowing Shiren away, depending on the dungeon and floor - Road to the Hamlet, floors 1-7 and 15-16 of Table Mountain, Kitchen God and Scroll Cave take 1000 turns, whereas floors 8-14 and 17-30 of Table Mountain, Ravine of the Dead, Ceremonial Cave, Tainted Path and Final Puzzle take 2000 turns. The message 'A sudden gust of wind! Shiren was blown away.' will display on the final turn, and Kron will move from the left of the screen to the right. Herbs of Revival and being transformed as an Evil Soldier monster will have no effect, and Shiren will be unable to issue a rescue request. The results screen will display that Shiren was blown back by a gust of wind.
