Sleep (Japanese: 睡眠) is an ailment in Etrian Mystery Dungeon.

Effects

A character or monster affected by Sleep can't act until it is woken up. The effects of Sleep can be cured by 5~ turns, or by using any skills or items that cure ailments.

• Hexer's Torpor Curse inflicts Sleep for 5 turns at Lv 1,2 and 3 and for 6 turns at Lv 4 and 5.
• Medic's Knockout Blow can inflict Sleep.
• Ninja's Ninpo: Daggers can inflict Sleep for 5 turns at Lv 1,2 and 3 and for 6 turns at Lv 4 and 5.

Monsters

• Arbor Beetle's Sleep Pollen can inflict Sleep for 5 turns.
• Blizzard King's Sonic Scream can inflict Sleep for 5 turns.
• Demon Drake's Coma Scream can inflict Sleep.
• Ice Salamander's Sleepy Tail can inflict Sleep for 5 turns.
• Sky Kaiser's Resistless Chaos can inflict Sleep.

Items

• Weapons with the Sleep effect can inflict Sleep to monsters when an attack hits a monster. This effect can be added to weapons by Forging them.
• Torador and Yatagarasu are Guns that can inflict Sleep without forging.
• Narcoleps and Verdun are Rapiers that can inflict Sleep without forging.
• Greatsword is a Sword that can inflict Sleep without forging.
• Sleeping Pill inflicts Sleep for 5 turns.
• Sleep Scroll inflicts Sleep for 5 turns.
