A challenge to runemasters (Japanese: ルーンマスターへの挑戦状) is a Quest in Etrian Mystery Dungeon.
What must be done
To complete this quest you must complete the Mysterious Forest with only one runemaster in your party. Even if the level is resetted to 1, it is recommended to use a character at level 50 or more with allocated Skill Points because skills are not resetted in the dungeon. This quest does not count toward Quest Completion, which means that it is not necessary to complete this quest to get the quest achievements on your Guild Card.

Yeah, that's right, someone actually finished the Mysterious Forest solo. You all wanna know who it is, right? Presenting... the runemaster from the [guild] Guild!
The victorious runemaster was showered with applause. Oddly enough, their cheeks were flushed with... embarrassment?
