The 2nd Appreciation Fest (Japanese: 第２回飲食店地域『発展感謝祭』) is a Quest in Etrian Mystery Dungeon.
What must be done
To complete this quest you must have a Pliant Vine in your inventory and report the quest. Pliant Vine is a drop from Glutton Vine. You have to be careful not to sell the Pliant Vine to Chano Retail with other Materials.

Accepting the Quest
Niralda: The celebration quest we did last time was pretty popular, so we decided to have another one. The district chairman is over the moon. He was neglecting his business to try and think of the next target. Well, humor him if you can, huh? The reward's not too shabby.
