Who has a Poison Hypha? (Japanese: 毒茸の菌糸を調達しておくれ) is a Quest in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon.
What must be done
To complete this quest you must have a Poison Hypha in your inventory and report the quest. Poison Hypha is a drop from Venomshrooms. You have to be careful not to sell the Poison Hypha to Chano Retail with other Materials.

Niralda: This is a request from me. I've got another new dish in mind, and I want to try a Poison Hypha in it. You're not worried about the poison, are you? It'll be fine. The amber I'll use will neutralize it. If you're ever in the fourth dungeon, maybe you can get one for me. But don't go out of your way on my account.
