Offering a protector manual (Japanese: パラディンの奥義書を進呈するよ) is a Quest in Etrian Mystery Dungeon.
What must be done
To complete this quest you must kill 3 Fire Bulbs with only one protector in your party. Fire Bulbs are easier to find in the Emerald Copse. If a Fire Bulb dies using Self-Destruct it will not count toward the completion of this quest.

Accepting the Quest
Niralda: Having to do this challenge solo just to prove you're worthy of the protector manual seems harsh. You sure about this? Yeah... you're right. The quest seems polite, but it's still a proper letter of challenge. There's no backing down when someone calls you out like that. Especially not for the sake of your guild's honor.
Reporting the Quest
Niralda: Good job! You actually did it solo, huh? I gotta hand it to you, that's pretty awesome. That Aegis Shield or whatever you'll learn from your reward is a Blast Skill that protects your teammates. So I guess both you and your teammates got something out of this, huh? I bet they'll be happy.
