Useful items against the Gitan Mamel include the {{Shiren3Wii|Knockback Staff}} (all attacks against it deal 1 damage, but knocking it back inflicts a set 5 damage) and {{Shiren3Wii|Shield}}s with the {{Shiren3Wii|Fusion}} (each attack it lands also makes it take 1 damage). The {{Shiren3Wii|Skullcap}} is incredibly dangerous as it can cause some adverse status conditions such as {{Shiren3Wii|Berserk}} which will cause the character to mercilessly attack your companions. This can eat up several {{Shiren3Wii|Revival Herb}}s while you watch helplessly (again, if Full Control wasn't enabled beforehand). Extreme caution is suggested.

The boss here is Asuka and Sensei will sit out this fight. She will be wielding whatever was equipped to her when you took the stairs on 4F and will have access to any item in your inventory that isn't a Revival Herb or is kept in a Holding Jar, including your Chiropractic Jars. Put away all Spells and Herbs she may use in Holding Jars and place all Chiropractic Jars on the ground as she will not hesitate to use them. Any items left on the floor of a boss fight are always returned to your inventory after winning, as long as there is room for you to hold them. Otherwise, Asuka doesn't really deal very much damage and you should be able to take her down quickly.

The Tomb of Kaguya (Japanese: かぐや御陵) is a story dungeon in Wii Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 3 - The Sleeping Princess and the Karakuri Mansion. It's unlocked after players clear Palace Keep and watch the cutscenes that follow.
