The Outer Shrine (Japanese: 拝殿部) is a story dungeon in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 3 - The Sleeping Princess and the Karakuri Mansion. It's unlocked after players clear Tower Precinct and watch the cutscenes that follow.
