This is a very long dungeon with a number of enemies that can cause problems. Watch out for Iai, Super Gaze, and Bomb Zero especially. These are all leveled-up forms of previous enemy types. Iai can remove equipment, Super Gaze inflicts Hypnosis, and Bomb Zero explodes taking the surrounding character to 1 HP unless taken down properly. Bring plenty of Riceballs and healing items just in case.
