Talk to the Old Man Higechiyo(UT) - This is an unofficial translation. (Japanese: ヒクチヨ) on the right side of the room to train in a Dungeon for a prize. It's not possible to bring any Items, Adventure Allies or Gitan into the dungeon. While the main dungeons are seen as challenging but doable, the Blacksmith's Furnace is tough to complete as it starts with very strong Monsters.

To unlock the ability to train in dungeons, players must first clear the first 5 Floors of the Ancient Ruins. Players are rewarded with a Restorative Herb (Japanese: 弟切草). After that, players can choose any previously cleared dungeon and even which floor to reach. The reward will be based on the goal floor chosen. The higher the floor, the better the reward will be.
