Though monsters do not initially spawn in towns, nor do they spawn as turns pass, if Shiren throws a {{Shiren1DS|Monster Jar}} or triggers a {{Shiren1DS|Summons Trap}}, monsters will spawn, specific to the town. However, either method of spawning monsters, as well as using {{Shiren1DS|Schubell}} {{Shiren1DS|Monster Meat}}, proves ineffective.

Janus Valley (Japanese: 二面地蔵の谷) is located between floor 9 (Old Mine at Mt.Nebri) and floor 10 of Table Mountain. It is the location of the Bungee Jumping Quests and the future entrance location to the Ravine of the Dead.
