Shiren 3 Wii:Forest of Fire

The Forest of Fire (Japanese: 火の森) is a dungeon in Template:GameTitle. It is a story dungeon unlocked after you clear the Illusionary World dungeon and watch the cutscenes that follow. It's located west of the Karakuri Tea House.

Dungeon Strategy

Watch out for the Chimera Family, especially in very large rooms where it can hit you from far away with its ranged fire attack. Cave Mamel only takes one damage from any regular attack, so staves may be your friend against those guys. You get your first taste of Dragon Orbs in this dungeon; these ones are Fire of course, they are a good way to power up your items if you can survive the floor you are on. This dungeon has a lot of Anti-Projectile Square so watch out for those if you use a lot of arrows and what not.

Boss

The boss is the Karakuri Rickshaw. It has a confuse effect so an Armband of Calm would be useful. Otherwise, Chiropractic Jars are very effective in healing and can also cure a Confused status condition. Iron and Wooden Arrows won't work on the Karakuri Rickshaw so don't even try those, but Silver Arrows will hit it. Bring items with Rust Ward and Rust Proof as the Karakuri Rickshaw also has an attack that can cause Rust. The Karakuri Rickshaw can swallow Shiren or Asuka. Be careful not to kill the boss while this is the case as they'll die with the boss and consume a revival herb. Use Full Control Mode on the Boss
