Hidden Routes (Japanese: ???) are a type of dungeon in 
/
Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island.
Hidden Routes are found inside town locations in Serpentcoil Island, which is also a dungeon in itself. The Hidden Route connects one town location to another, making the player skip areas in-between. After some floors on a Hidden Route, the player will start to find two sets of stairs, a normal one that leads to the next floor of the Hidden Route until the last floor is reached, and a blue one that lets the player leave the Hidden Route early and reach the next town location.

- Ghost Ship, accessed from Small Harbor
- Golden Highway, accessed from Icewall Village
