The Nightmare (Japanese: あくむのなか) is a dungeon in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. It made its debut in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness in 2007. Unlike other dungeons, it exists within the mind of a Pokémon.
