Dungeon Tiles are what makes a dungeon or another game area with a grid. Characters and monsters may occupy one or more tiles, items may be placed on or inside a tile, and traps may be placed on top of a tile.

Ground

Ground tiles can be walked on.

Walls

Wall tiles cannot be walked on, under normal circumstances. It may also be possible to break a wall, turning it into a ground tile.

Easily Breakable Walls

Walls that can be broken by simply attacking them without any additional requirements.

Unbreakable Walls

Walls that can't be broken, not counting walls at the edge of the floor.

Walls Without Corners

Walls that don't have corners, meaning that if they have other types of tiles on the side, the corners don't act as walls, and they can be walked through and attacks can go through them.

Water

Lava

Ice

Pits

Shop

Items placed on these tiles can be bought or sold. In some games, they have the same appearance as a normal ground tile, however, their behavior is different.

Doors

The player needs an item or a certain condition to be met to be allowed to go through it.

Crystals

Reflect magic attacks.

Multi-Attack

The entity standing on this tile repeats an attack multiple times during the same turn.

Dodge

More likely to dodge moves when standing on this tile.

Status Protect

Standing on this tile protects from negative status conditions.

Pass-through

Standing on this tile makes thrown items go through enemies and walls.
