Monster Meat (Japanese: モンスターの肉) is a special type of Item in 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer DS2 - Magic Castle of the Desert. Unlike other types of items, it's never found laying around on the Ground in Dungeons, though it can be found in Meat Shops.
It can only be made with a Bufu's Staff or a Bufu's Cleaver. When a Monster is zapped with a Bufu Staff, it will create Meat bearing that monster's name. Killing monsters with a Bufu's Cleaver (or another weapon that has a Bufu's Cleaver Seal added to it) will also convert the monsters into meat a fair percentage of the time. When eaten, the meat will restore 15 Fullness and transform Shiren into that monster temporarily, granting him special abilities.
Hen meat will restore 100 fullness. To use the special ability of the monster when transformed, pull up the menu and select "Special", or simply press L To revert, select "Revert".
