Isle of Mysteries (Japanese: 不思議の孤島) is a spot on the map in 
/
Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island that gives access to some dungeons. It was added for free in version 2.0.0. It is unlocked by talking to Dorokotay the Adventurer in Shukuba Beach, where he explains the Isle of Mysteries gives access to harder dungeons. Once unlocked, the dungeons are simply accessed from the dungeon menu at the exit of Shukuba Beach on the right.
Dungeons
Go Go Dungeon, Quietude of Serpentcoil Island, and Wanderers' Highway were added to version 2.0.0. Cliff of Condensing, Training Path of Hiding, and Wild Monster Path were added to version 2.1.0. All of these dungeons will be available by default in the Steam release.

DLC Dungeons
The paid two-part DLC adds 10 new dungeons, 5 in the first part, and 5 more in the second part available in Isle of Mysteries. The trailer listed the dungeons but didn't specify which part of the DLC they would be included in.[1][2] The English name for Soul of Serpentcoil Island was revealed early as part of the international DLC announcement on September 5, 2024.[3] Clash of Weapons and Shields, Forest of Frugality, Peachy Trap Domain, Researcher's Experimental Site, and Winding Valley were added to version 2.0.0. Battleground of the Rivals, Floral Garden, Soul of Serpentcoil Island, Timeworn Cave, and Training Path of Deadly Strikes were added to version 2.1.0. All of these dungeons will be available by default in the Steam release.
