Strengthening Jar (Japanese: 強化の壺) is a Jar in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 3 - The Sleeping Princess and the Karakuri Mansion. Inserting Gitan, Shields, Staves, and Weapons inside will cause their upgrade value to increase by 1 (Weapons and Shields), their total value to increase (Gitan), or their charges to increase by 1 (staves) every time the player climbs to a new floor in a Dungeon. The jar shatters if one of the item reaches its maximum point.

Tips For Use

Keep a Balance Staff on hand and climb through easy, low-danger dungeon floors to increase equipment upgrades, Gitan value, or staff chargers quicker and easier than relying on Fusion or Dragon Orbs to increase them. It's likely a better option to use it for Weapons and Shields, to replace lost equipment, as it's relatively easy to farm Gitan Mamels for Gitan in the Dragon Veins.
