Pelipper (Japanese: ペリッパー) is a character in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team. It is one of many Pelipper that works at the Pelipper Post Office.
Biography
Pelipper is in charge of delivering mail to the Team Pokémon's Rescue Team Base. It sends two letters directly to the player, one when the player is about to escape from Pokémon Square during the Fugitive Arc, and another when the player returns, titled a 'A Letter from Pelipper'.
