Lost Content and Features in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series covers content known to be lost, or presumed to be lost. This includes but is not limited to: features that are no longer supported, games that can no longer be purchased, and content that can no longer be played or downloaded.
Online connectivity
Online features in the following games are shut down. One of many features that were accessible in the past may be permanently lost today.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness
- Explorers of Time and Darkness can no longer connect to the internet to download event missions, send emails, do rescues, or use the leaderboards.
- Some features have been restored via the usage and connectivity of fan-hosted Wi-Fi servers.
- Explorers of Time and Darkness's Mewtwo and Celebi events.
- The English events have been preserved and can only be sent via local wireless.
- The Japanese and Korean (if they existed) events are gone.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky
- Explorers of Sky can no longer connect to the internet to download event missions, send emails, do rescues, or use the leaderboards.
- Some features have been restored via the usage and connectivity of fan-hosted Wi-Fi servers.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Adventure Squad titles
- The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Adventure Squad titles legendary event missions.
- 7 Pokémon were only available through official events, those 7 being Mew, Jirachi, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Darkrai, and Arceus.
- Due to the hard work of fans, however, Giratina, Arceus, and Dialga's challenge letters can be downloaded if the player connects to fan-hosted Wi-Fi servers. This leaves Palkia, Mew, Darkrai, and Jirachi missions.
- 7 Pokémon were only available through official events, those 7 being Mew, Jirachi, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Darkrai, and Arceus.

Demos
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team
- A Demo for Red Rescue Team (Japanese) is known to exist.

- A Demo for Explorers of Time and Darkness (Japanese) has been datted and is known to exist.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky
- Explorers of Sky is known to have 3 Japanese kiosk demos.
- Explorers of Sky had various demos downloadable via the Nintendo Zone Channel on the Nintendo Wii.
- EU is archived, U.S. is missing if they existed.
- The downloadable demos for Sky are all the same as the demos from the final build. But their internal descriptions may vary. The European Nintendo Channel downloadable demos have a different description than the ones ripped from the game.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Adventure Squad titles
- The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Adventure Squad titles have been delisted from the Japanese Nintendo Wii eShop, which has also since been shut down.
- Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Keep Going! Blazing Adventure Squad, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Let's Go! Stormy Adventure Squad demos are currently missing.
