Teaches the move Will-O-Wisp, but won't if the Pokémon knows the move.<br<Move afflicts the targeted enemy with a Burn status condition. A Pokémon with the Burn status takes damage every few turns.

The Will-O-Wisp TM (Japanese: おにび, Will-o'-the-Wisp TM) (known simply as Will-O-Wisp in-game) is a TM in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.

It can be used to teach compatible Pokémon the Move Will-O-Wisp.
