Teaches the move Blizzard, but won't if the Pokémon knows the move.
Move inflicts damage on the target. It may also afflict the targeted enemy with a Frozen status. A Pokémon with the Frozen status is incapable of action. It never misses during a Hail condition.

The Blizzard TM (Japanese: ふぶき) (known simply as Blizzard in-game) is a TM in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.

It can be used to teach compatible Pokémon the Move Blizzard.
