Teaches the move Psych Up, but won't if the Pokémon knows the move.
Move copies any boosts and reductions to the target's Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, accuracy, and evasiveness to the user's own stats.

The Psych Up TM (Japanese: じこあんじ, Self-suggest TM) (known simply as Psych Up in-game) is a TM in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness.

It can be used to teach compatible Pokémon the Move Psych Up.
